Milagros
A film by David Baute
In the beginning, everything except the landscape seems to fit into the machinery of the everyday. And it is the sea. And it is the mountains. And there they are, in their high house in the north of the island. When one by one the camera portrays them, each stray glance will become a question. A look that gradually understands what is happening: that something was missing, that something was put in too much, in each of the brothers. Little by little, the mountains and the sea, the land and the air, will reveal the story to us. They will lead us to the fire of common life, where almost everything that happens has the condition of a miracle.
